Returns & Refunds

When you have received your order, you have 14 days to decide whether you'll keep it or whether you'll send it back. 

If you want to return your order or part of it, you can do this using a return form ( download here ). Fill this in and add it together with the products you wish to return in the original box and make sure that it is properly closed.

The individual cups be must unopened and undamaged. In case of problems with the product upon opening, please contact our customer service before returning it.

The costs of the return shipment are always for the client.

Upon receipt we will check your package. Opened and/or damaged goods cannot be accepted or refunded, unless otherwise agreed upon with customer service.

Within 14 days of receipt of the return, we will proceed to refund .

In case of a complete return of an order, the refund will cover the full purchase amount, including the cost of delivery. Please note that the costs for a return are always borne by the customer; unless otherwise agreed upon. 

In case of a partial return, the refund will cover the purchase amount af the returned, approved goods.
